CMS has provided the following information about reconciliation of tax credits with 2014 taxes.

– new lines will be added on form 1040

– new forms 1095A and 8962 will be available soon

1095A will come from the Market Place by Jan 31 with Tax Credits for filing use.

– Form 8096 (5 part) will be filed with your 1040. It will reconcile what was estimated and what was actual  based on income and household.
